I would like to introduce myself, my name is Steve Maden from Madeley Cricket Club, a member, committee member and wicket keeper since the late 80’s and now 2nd team Captain.
We are currently seeking sponsorship to help raise funds for the club and in return we can help promote 'your' company in many ways such as advertising boards displayed around the ground, cricket covers and match ball sponsorship plus we are always open to suggestions on other ways of helping one another in terms of profile raising.
Madeley Cricket Club has been established for 163 years, we have four gentleman's teams who play on a Saturday and Sunday and a growing Junior section plus a ladies team who play a fantastic standard of cricket in the Shropshire Cricket League on Friday evenings.
Our club house is open 7 days a week and run by honest, hardworking staff. Throughout the year we host a variety of events, attracting people from a wide network. During the 2018 season we hosted the T20 County Cricket final with over 1000 in attendance, our most popular social event is our annual bonfire and fireworks display which exceeds our expectations in terms of attendance year on year, in 2017 over 2500 attended.
